At Via Alta Mgmt, your price is based on the size of your property or vehicle and the level of cleaning required. Choose your service, then add any extras you need. All prices are in GBP.

HOME & APARTMENT CLEANING

Our property cleaning prices include the kitchen, all living areas and one bathroom per bedroom.

​

STANDARD CLEAN

Regular upkeep to keep your home fresh. Includes dusting, hoovering and mopping all floors, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathroom sanitising, beds made and bins emptied.

DEEP CLEAN

A top-to-bottom reset. Includes everything in a standard clean, plus inside the oven, fridge and cupboards, limescale removal, skirting boards, doors and frames, light switches, and behind and under furniture.

BESPOKE CLEANS & ADD-ONS

For requirements outside our standard packages, we provide a bespoke quote after a free video or in-person walkthrough. This includes end-of-tenancy cleaning, after-party or event cleaning, hoarding or heavy build-up, pre-sale preparation, and one-room or one-task cleans.

LAUNDRY & LINEN

Laundry and linen services are charged on top of every clean, including Airbnb subscriptions.

Bed change: £15 per bed

We strip and remake the bed using your clean linen.

Wash, dry & fold: £25 per load

Washed and dried on site, folded and put away.

Ironing: £30 per hour
For shirts, linen and clothing.

Airbnb linen hire: £25 per set
Hotel-quality sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels, swapped each clean.

AIRBNB HOST SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our subscriptions include four standard turnover cleans per month, paid upfront at the start of each month. Each clean resets your property for the next guest.

For landlords, letting agents and building managers booking multiple flats or communal cleaning.

We come to your home or office and detail your vehicle by hand. Every package includes a full interior and exterior detail, with pricing based on vehicle size and condition.

For large SUVs and 4x4s.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

To book, email us with:

A 30% deposit secures your booking. The balance is paid on the day, after the clean is finished and you’ve had the chance to check it.

Airbnb subscriptions are paid in full at the start of each month.

With more than 48 hours’ cancellation notice, your deposit is moved to a new date. With less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is retained.

​

Please ensure safe access, running water and electricity are available at the booked time.
